As a child, I couldn’t get enough of watching Superman. I envied his supernatural abilities such as his amazing hearing or eagle eye vision. I didn’t understand back then why this superhero would wish sometimes to be a regular guy. Now I understand that sometimes it is easier not to see something that is real but we wish it wasn’t there.

This could explain the reason why our senses are so limited. Imagine being able to see every dust mite in your home or office, or be aware of every tiny particle of dust or pollen. I personally am glad that I don’t have to see all the mold floating in the air. I don’t think I would last longer than a few seconds without wearing a face mask.   Read Full Article
